Today is something a bit different - a little food photo diary of a very special restaurant I went to last weekend. I know people don't always like it when a blog goes outside of its specialist subject but given that I've got no internet in my new flat yet, I'm doing this baby by phone and pictures of food is all I have at the moment!
But not just any ordinary food, I tell you. This is Trip-enducing, Great British Menu-winning food from L'Enclume in Cumbria.
The Story.
I booked it all as a surprise birthday present for Mr FV (who, at one point, was convinced we were going to IKEA) and we spent over 4 hours savouring TWENTY courses. Twenty courses! Oh yeah, and I had the wine flight too - hashtag boozed...
