So New Years is fast approaching and the time-old question. What do I wear?! Do I dig out an old dress? Do I buy something new?

NYE Party? An Alternative LBD: The Female Tuxedo
As the festive season gets into full swing, the attire in the office is noticeably more casual. Christmas lunch coming up? Business-casual. Christmas drinks after work? Business-casual.
Business-casual is one of those awful dress-codes which tell you almost everything and yet NOTHING at the same time. What does it mean?! Do I have to wear a shirt? Am I allowed to show my arms? Does it have to have a collar?
Here's my take on the infamous B-C. And I'm doing it, like a dude, with a men's grey marl t-shirt and a long-line boyfriend fit blazer.
