It's finally here, the first cold day of the year. You know what that means, Winter is coming. As IF it's the end of September already?! What happened to Summer?
With cold nights settling in, there's nothing more satisfying than a hot bath or shower and I've started to really invest in my shower pals so that my evening routine becomes more of a luxury. Also, having fancy brands in my bathroom will make it look less rubbish, right? I hope so.

So, in case you didn't know - I normally do an asian cosmetics haul everytime I come back from a family holiday in China or Malaysia but today it's a Japanese feature!
I love trying out cosmetics from all over the world but worldwide shipping can be a biaaatch - don't even get me started on customs duty! Luckily for me, one of my cousins lives in Japan and some Japanese treats were brought back for me! Best holiday present ever.

Enough. Can you believe it's February 2014 already? The winter chill hasn't quite left us but there's a hint of spring in the air thanks to the red balloons and flowers adorning the shops in honour of Valentines Day.

I love Lush gift sets - they smell delicious and they look stunning. Oh yeah and you get to unwrap them like it's Christmas!! Mr FV isn't great at wrapping (his wrap of choice is tin foil) so this is a GREAT option for those lacking skills in the presentational department.
